Pfizer has made a business decision to discontinue Ovral tablets. The product will remain on sale at both the wholesale and pharmacy level until inventory is depleted. Alternative preparations for emergency contraception include Plan B or Norlevo which both contain levonorgestrel 0.75 mg.
